Member Assistance Program (MAP)

The Plan provides a Member Assistance Program at no cost.  The MAP offers confidential services to guide and assist you and your Dependents in the appropriate diagnosis and course of treatment for substance abuse care or mental health care.

The Plan has contracted with a MAP/EAP provider to provide services.  AllOne Health is our provider.  Professional counselors are available 24 hours a day via telephone.  The toll free number is 800-292-2780.
