Unemployment: For unemployment inquiries click here in various languages.
Ohio Department of Job and Family Services has updated its website and provided a step-by-step guide.
In addition, starting, Sunday, unemployed Ohioans filing claims should do so on certain days based on their last name: Those whose last names start with A through H should file on Sunday; last names starting I through P should file on Monday and last names starting with Q through Z should file Tuesday. Anyone can file on the remaining days.
COVID19 and Unemployment benefits: The Pandemic Unemployment Assistance will provide benefits to individuals ineligible for state unemployment benefits. While you may experience delays as a result, please know that all benefits will be retroactive. Once the program is available, they will communicate details.

Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services - Available for eligible individuals who are requested by a medical professional, local health authority, or employer to be isolated or quarantined as a consequence of COVID-19, even if you are not actually diagnosed with COVID-19. In addition, the waiting period for eligible Ohioans to receive unemployment benefits will be waived. To file your application, click HERE. For translations, click HERE.
Emergency Food Assistance Programs MAP
Mass gatherings order is effective Nov. 17, at midnight, mass gatherings should be less than 10 people on a residential
site, with exceptions. The exceptions to this 10-person limit are weddings, funerals and religious observances, which
may take place in banquet facilities. To prevent the spread of COVID-19 among the hundreds of people allowed in these indoor facilities, socializing and dancing are prohibited, and masks should be worn when not eating.
Face mask order Issued on Nov. 13, all Ohio residents must wear masks and observe social distancing while in retail establishments. This order is enforceable by the Bureau of Workers' Compensation, local health departments and local law enforcement.
Statewide curfew: On Nov. 17, Gov. DeWine issued a 21-day statewide curfew order for 10 p.m.- 5 a.m. beginning Nov. 19 and ending Dec. 10.

Utility Bill Assistance
Free public transportation will be available to and from Cleveland State University's Wolstein Center mass COVID-19 vaccination center. RTA passes will be distributed through hundreds of Cuyahoga County and city of Cleveland social service agencies and community centers, or can be requested by calling the United Way 2-1-1 service.
