School janitors and food service workers throughout the Chicago suburbs are joining together with their co-workers and SEIU Local 1 members to achieve a dignified living. The workers recently launched an effort to improve living standards for more than 2,000 service workers at schools in the Chicago suburbs working for Aramark and Arbor Management.
