SEIU Local 1 operates a state-of-the-art training center that provides hands-on training and other education to members in dozens of subjects from Building Maintenance to Computer Skills to English as a Second Language.  Local 1 and building owners and contractors work together because these classes help members improve our skills and ensure that our work is valued.
