Discounted Compact Fluorescent Light Bulbs

The Northern Illinois Energy Project is a partnership between the Citizens Utility Board, the City of Chicago and the Cook County State's Attorney Office to promote energy conservation and reduce electricity costs for residential customers of ComEd.  In cooperation with the Midwest Energy Efficiency Alliance, the Residential Lighting Program provides discounted compact fluorescent light bulbs (CFLs). Click here for a list of store locations to purchase discounted CFLs.
