Chicago Sun-Times: Rainbow PUSH jobs rally focuses on fathers

Rainbow PUSH Coalition officials kicked off a summer jobs rally Sunday, saying more needs to be done to employ African-American men.

With the start of the event falling on Father’s Day, the focus was on dads and the families they support.

“Fathers need workplace security,” said PUSH’s founder the Rev. Jesse Jackson. “This is about getting America back to work and making the tax system fair again.”
